Key Responsibility
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Develop and maintain APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Proven experience in designing and developing APIs.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
