Job Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2 to 3 years of experience in both international and domestic domains. The candidate should have strong communication skills, proven expertise in lead generation and client handling, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. The role involves proactively connecting with leads, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with potential leads to convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Schedule and participate in client calls and meetings.
- Draft and send Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and on time.
- Identify and approach potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce company products and services.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track sales activities.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities.
- Assist in setting up client presentations and support the sales team in proposal creation.
- Analyze client feedback and implement necessary improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends to align offerings with client needs.
Person Specification and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, B.Sc./M.Sc. IT, etc.).
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT services and product industries.
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric approach.
- Knowledge of both domestic and international business domains is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining client data effectively.
- Excellent market research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates from Gujarat are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to close deals with the help of a sales head or senior.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with outbound sales.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or ERP systems.
