Job Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern/Fresher to join our team. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of technology, and familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn. This role will primarily involve data research, lead generation, and assisting senior team members in business development activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Work on lead generation using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms.
- Assist senior team members in client communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the database of potential leads and client information.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable solutions.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for business pitches.
Person Specification and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Eligible degrees include BE (Computer, IT), BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA (Marketing), B.Sc., M.Sc. (IT) or relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge about IT services and product industry.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM tools, and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation and cold calling experience is preferable.
- Ability to conduct market research and interest in learning about CRM systems.
- Immediate joiners are preferable.
- Candidates from Gujarat are preferred.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of inbound sales, outbound sales, and inside sales.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
