Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with 1-3 years of experience to develop and maintain web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter. Responsibilities include writing clean code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork are essential.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Write clean, well-structured code in Laravel, adhering to best practices and modern coding standards.
- Design and maintain the architecture of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Manage a team of developers: assign tasks, conduct regular code reviews, and uphold high coding standards.
- Lead the end-to-end development of multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines. Conduct risk analysis when adopting new technologies, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
- Manage client communications, attending meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Track project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to efficiently plan, estimate, and deliver projects.
Person Specification and Qualifications:
- BE (computer science, Computer, IT), BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC (IT), or equivalent pass out can apply.
- Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in php development profile.
- In-depth knowledge of Eloquent ORM, database relationships, and database design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.
- Strong command of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Proficiency with Git, including code reviews, pull requests, and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles, SOLID design patterns, and PHP security standards.
