Job Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate, along with practical experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Work with cloud services (AWS/Azure) to deploy, manage, and monitor applications.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
Person Specification and Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS and/or Azure
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
- Good knowledge of relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
