Our client is a real estate advisory company located in Castle Rock, CO. An award-winning broker has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. Key CMA started with the idea of doing things a little differently. After many transactions over the years, Key CMA felt it needed to build a platform to do things a little differently.
The KeyCMA wants to design a web app that simplifies report generation for real estate agents through a straightforward process. Agents can generate reports by following four easy steps. First, they enter client information and the property address. Next, they have the option to either import property details from a CSV file exported from MLS or enter the information manually.

Our customers can use this system to generate comprehensive reports that compare some chosen properties. Before buying a subscription plan, agents may create accounts for themselves. After submitting their credentials, agents upload CSVs from MLS systems to KeyCMA. Then, they pick a subject property, followed by selecting a comparable property and making all necessary alterations. Moreover, they can produce elaborate reports that examine the subject property compared to the comparables chosen for analysis.
It provides detailed market information and connects with agents. Users can also list and map new properties. The app makes it easy to find the perfect property and contact agents who have direct authorization from the property owners.
