Hosta AI enables people and businesses to quickly and accurately access data regarding their built surroundings. It was founded by Rachelle Vilalon, an architect who earned an MIT PhD in Computation and Design. Hosta AI practices advanced AI and computer vision to automate property assessments from simple pictures. With cofounder Henriette Fleischmann's skill in B2B strategy and process optimisation, Hosta assists industries in streamlining operations with fast, remote, and automated assessments.
The Hosta AI required an innovative solution to provide quick, accurate and robotic property assessments without needing an on-site visit. The platform had to incorporate AI and computer vision to extract critical information from a limited number of pictures in which they provided dimensions, floor plans, 3D designs, and risk assessment in a short while. The objective was to provide people working in different fields with easily accessible key information about the environment they operate in, irrespective of their location.
While developing Hosta AI, our professionals faced a tight timeline and a tricky requirement for a pixel-perfect website that flawlessly integrated Hosta AI's powerful features.
A significant difficulty was creating a platform that provides an API solution that comprehensively caters to various property assessment processes, such as Automation, underwriting and claims Editions, and Custom pricing. Another challenge was providing a seamless experience for the users amidst all these related requirements.
With our talented developers at Latitude Technolabs, we completed a remarkable WordPress web-based property assessment system that utilises artificial intelligence. Our team successfully developed a high-end WordPress platform that incorporated the functionality of Hosta Al’s features. In response to Automation, Underwriting, Claims Edition, and other specific pricing, a strong API solution was developed to facilitate the management of property evaluation processes. Despite difficulties, the user experience design did not disappoint in rendering all the needed expectations and performing without any hurdles.
